The final RARSUS workshop brought together all of the partners involved in the implementation of both the Risk Assessment and Reduction Strategies for Sustainable Urban Resource Supply in Sub-Saharan Africa (RARSUS) and RARSUS Focus on Sustainable Energy Supply in Mali (RARSUS-SEMALI) projects. It was held from 4th to 8th November 2019.
It was an important meeting for knowledge management and sharing the experiences and impact of the project results. Keynote speeches were delivered by the lead project coordinator from ITT TH – Koeln, PT-DLR representative on behalf of BMBF, Director of the Innovation Campus Bonn (former Director UNU-EHS), Ambassador of Germany to Niger and the Minister of Higher Education, Research and Technology of Niger.
